Steel and pipeline welding
Our company is experienced in work to EN and ASME standards. The welding methods we have used so far are: 111 (coated electrode) and 141 (TIG). We have gained experience in the renovation of drilling platforms (including the H6e project in Stord, Norway for Aker Solutions) and in the construction of a power plant based on a set of gas and steam turbines, where we were a subcontractor for the assembly of all pipelines (Mongstad refinery in Norway for Dong Energy).
Our technologies have been recognized in accordance with the EN 15614 standard and the DNV standard, for the following scopes:
Material group 8 – wall thickness of the material to be welded 3-22 mm, pipe diameters over 30 mm. Welding with the method 141
Material group 1 – wall thickness of the material to be welded 3-19 mm, pipe diameters over 25 mm. Welding with the method 141
Material group 1 – wall thickness of the welded material 8-32 mm, pipe diameters over 138 mm. Welding using the 141 + 111 method
