Rotational work in Norway
At Ventor, we focus on maximum comfort for our employees. We take care of transport, meals, accommodation and, above all, balance
Thanks to a rotating work schedule of 2/3 weeks. Our employees spend 2 weeks working in Norway and 3 weeks on a so-called rotation break at home. This model is one of the most appreciated advantages of working at Ventor. It requires perfect organisation on our part.
The year 2025 was a record year in terms of transport – our employees took nearly 14,000 flights. It is 15% more than in 2024. In addition, our fleet of approximately 100 vehicles covered a total of over 2 million kilometres on the Poland-Norway route.
At Vector, security is paramount!
As a company operating in the Oil & Gas industry, Ventor attaches great importance to high standards of health and safety at work. This is primarily due to the nature of the tasks performed, as our employees work in high-risk conditions.
Ventor operators and specialists perform tasks related to the assembly and securing of steel structures. In many cases, the work is carried out at height, which increases the risk of accidents and falls. The nature of the tasks performed exposes employees to chemicals such as paints, varnishes, solvents, dust and fumes. Employees are also exposed to higher levels of noise.
Ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions is a key element of our safety management system. The aim is to minimise occupational risks and protect the health and lives of our employees. At Ventor, we pay particular attention to building a culture of safety. We regularly organise health and safety training courses and meetings to raise employee awareness. We teach them how to respond appropriately in emergency situations. This allows us to reduce the number of accidents, including serious and fatal ones, and increase employee awareness by sensitising them to irregularities. This is confirmed by the data – in 2025, we organised over 50 more meetings than in 2024.
Competence development – new records in 2025
Training, training and more training. That’s how we can sum up 2025 at Ventor. Why? Compared to 2024, we reached higher high in this area. We trained nearly a thousand employees, organising almost 150 training courses and site tests at our Training Centre in Straszęcin.
Our main focus was on coordinating the training necessary to establish cooperation with our Norwegian partners. Among other things, we organised training courses in metallisation and insulation, as well as site tests (i.e. practical testing of our employees’ skills in conditions similar to those of a real project) in insulation and anti-corrosion. Regular improvement of employee qualifications has translated into greater team efficiency and, consequently, more efficient project implementation.
Ventor awarded Achilles Global Energy Gold certification
The Achilles Global Energy Gold audit has once again confirmed that Ventor meets high standards in HSE, quality and industry management at the Gold level.
The audit included a detailed analysis of documentation, quality systems, management processes and compliance with energy sector requirements. By obtaining this certification, Ventor has confirmed its organisational excellence and its readiness to undertake complex projects for top-tier clients in the energy and industrial sectors.
Projects not only in Norway, but also in Dubai
The year 2025 brought Ventor projects outside Europe as well. The company became part of a global offshore energy project – Petrojarl Rosebank. It’s coordinated by Aker Solutions at the Dubai Drydocks World shipyard.
The project involves the modernisation and recommissioning of the FPSO Petrojarl Knarr. Thanks to its modern design and excellent technical condition, this facility will ultimately serve as the main production unit for the Rosebank oil and natural gas field, located in the British sector of the North Sea.

Ventor employees carried out, among other things, measurements of isolation boxes, documentation work and tasks related to team coordination and management. The actions taken confirm that international cooperation and experience gained in such large, global projects are of key importance in the offshore industry.
Ventor among Norway’s fastest growing companies!
Our activities on the Norwegian market have been honoured with the title of DN Gazelle. Means that we are among the top 2% of the fastest growing Norwegian companies.
This distinction is the result of the hard work of the entire team and fruitful cooperation with our business partners – comments Piotr Urbanik, CEO of Ventor.
